Shipping Policy: If your order does not arrive within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team via livechat, email, or phone. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will promptly issue a replacement or a full refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package still cannot be located after 3 days, contact us for further assistance. For packages confirmed as stolen, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, especially if shipping insurance was purchased.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers or weather delays. Also, please note that shipper holidays may affect your delivery time. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to update your address before your order ships.
For items damaged in transit or due to shipper error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
